Leaving my wife at risk of another stroke

My wife had a stroke a month ago, and was treated in Netcare Umhlanga hospital. The treatment was great and she recovered well. It was found she had a PFO (heart defect) that caused the stroke.

All was amazing until she was well enough to leave the hospital.

The moment she left hospital, all after-care stopped. The PFO still needs to be fixed and needs to be done at another hospital in the Netcare group. Dr Barnabas, her cardiologist, had been in contact with the Dr that would do the procedure. Nobody has told us what happens next, and when.

I sent Dr Barnabas a mail, and also visited his rooms. They took my details and promised to get back to me. This was 13 days ago! No feedback as yet.

I tried to log a complaint with the Netcare Client center, but both my mails were just ignored. I got the "we'll get back to you shortly" mails but seems those were empty promises.

My wife is at risk of another stroke. Until the PFO is resolved, this will be the case.

How do I get some feedback from ANYBODY?
