Laying a complaint against Netcare Sunward Park Hospital with the Medical Board

Assistance requested-Id like to lay a complaint against Netcare Sunward Park Hospital by the Medical board. Below is my story!!!!!!!!

I'm writing this post burning with anger and regret. I'm a first time Inexperienced mother who gave birth on the 6.12.2021. Below is my story and why Id never ever choose Netcare Sunward Park Hospital again or recommend any family going there. On Sunday the 05.12.2021 I was admitted (Just for observation) I was experiencing slight abdominal cramps. Upon arrival at the hospital a rapid COVID test was done. I was Covid negative at this point and allowed to the labour ward. Later that night,a another test was done and sent to the lab-which came back with a postive result. Scared, confused and emotional I waited in pain till morning for my gynecologist. Morning came and the sister on call came in-The gynecologist also came and induced me...after a few hours of excruciating pain my daughter was born on the 6.12.2021. At that moment,the baby was picked up by the sister wiped and left. The doctor was still busy with me and my daughter was held by her father. I asked "am I not supposed to have skin to skin contact with my baby". She responded "If you want to take her" The gynecologist left and my baby was laying only with that hospital green cloth from 12:17 until 13:30. I kept calling, screaming for help-Eventually she came in I asked "shouldn't my daughter be checked or taken for tests?) She looked at me and said(Is it an emergency) I asked to see the sister in charge- who didn't bother coming. I was moved to the COVID ward with my newborn,that same evening. No test, suction nothing was done on my baby The staff decided to provide my daughter with Formula(Without my consent or permission) Today 10.01.2021 a month later I receive a call from some audiologist saying my daughter was never checked and they calling to make an appointment for a hearing test. MY daughter has this heavy breathing and her chest sound congested,but I will never know unless I take her for a check which needs to be paid for by me after Netcare Sunward Park Hospital claimed over R30 000 from me for the worst birth and no assistance. I dreamt of breastfeeding-which I'll never be able to do since my daughter was formula fed and now has nipple confusion. You guys ****** me from a connection with my daughter and charged me thousands of rands for it. You gave me a traumatic birth experience.
