Lack of urgency at Netcare Hospital Waterfall

My partner was involved in an accident. I driver her to Netcare Hospital Waterfall. We arrived at ER at 21:05 and she went through the whole triage process. Only at 00:05 was she an attended to by a doctor at casualty.
