Lack of focud

Although I have great respect for for the impact Covid is having on our health system u cannot ignore othe patients. Leaving a 85 year old man with a simple procedure exposed to Covid in your ER unit for 2 and a half hours and when escalating to the unit manager as nobody in picking up phones to be told that because my father's specialist is at the Linmed I should have driven him there at 4am with an emergency is unbelievable and unacceptable. 10 min after my call the Dr went too see my dad and discharged him. Was that sooooooo difficult?
