Kuilsriver Netcare doctor's deplorable conduct towards a senior patient

Good day. My sister was admitted into Kuilsriver Netcare last Saturday. Her doctor has REFUSED to give us feedback regarding her progress. He has even BANNED the nurses from speaking to us when we call. To add further insult to injury, he made plans to move my sister to a step-down facility, all without consulting me, her only next of kin. My sister is old and frail, she cannot call us and cannot communicate in English/Afrikaans with the doctor and nurses. Can you imagine the trauma she must be going through, unable to express herself to the people around her. They keep insisting that she is confused, yet they NEGLECT to acknowledge that there is a language barrier at play here. Instead of finding someone to communicate with her in isiXhosa, they incessantly push this narrative that my sister is confused. Being disregarded and disrespected like this by this doctor is deplorable and inexcusable, especially during a time like this, where we cannot even visit nor speak with her. WHERE IS YOUR HUMANITY DOCTORS @ NETCARE KUILSRIVER???
