Kingsway Hospital shame on you

I have been admitted to Kingsway Hospital on the 6th September. Before I was admitted a deposit of R7200.00 was demanded. I paid the amount and I had to wait for 10 minutes for the funds to cleat before I was admitted. My Discovery medical aid paid the same amount over to Kingsway. I was contacted by Kingsway, paper work was completed and submitted for my refund. It is now the 15th October, still no refund. I will never ever recommend Kingsway Hospital, and shame on you for your terrible service. Please when can I expect my refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Reference Number ***
