Kingsway hospital a no go

Early in 2024 my mother was admitted at kingsway hospital and had been in the surgical icu for 3 weeks due to her condition, during the first 2 weeks she was in an enduced comma and was unconscious in icu, upon recovering she was then moved to a general ward however she was unable to walk to even pick up a s**** to feed herself, in the general ward she was given the worst possible treatment by the nurses there , they refused to feed her and help her to the rest room. My mother complained that due to the nurses refusal to help her she could have fallen and broke her back or something else serious could have happened and the nurses would have covered up this and pushed the blame on her, I would advise most people never to use this hospital as the nurses in the general wards are absolutely useless and have the most rotten attitude, my mother was in tears when she told us about how she was treated by these nurses
