Just don’t care!!!!

What a frustrating and poor service experience, again at this Medicross Benoni!!!

I’ve been holding on for 10mins (twice) this morning for someone at the nurses station to answer the phone!!! Zero!! Nothing!!!

I went for blood test last Friday, and I’m still waiting to hear the results!!! I’ve WhatsApp’d the Dr as told to and nothing!!! Zero!!! And still I sit and wait and wait and wait. The family on tender hooks........ four days!!!!!!! It’s now Tuesday evening and nothing!!!!!!

That’s how much they care about a patient!!!!
