It's dry, but you can drink it...

I know this review might seem petty, but it's the small things that matter.

We entered a slow ER at 21h38 on a Saturday evening in July 2023. At 2am we were still waiting on the final results...of a flu that interfered with my dad's blood pressure. My mom and I waited, along with 2 other families, there were no facilities we could make use of. The coffee vending machine had been broken and the slots all taped closed (clearly for a while already). The other vending machine (snacks, drinks and water) were switched off and when we asked about it, they said it was broken. Not even a drop of water. Oh, there are taps in the bathroom, we were told....
