Is this a private hospital ?

my fiance? and I are 33 weeks pregnant and today we went to see our gynaecologist at netcare garden city hospital, he then gave us a referral letter to book for our hospital bed, hospital tour and mother book.<br> Off we went to the reception/ pre admission, we were told only two people do that at the hospital one is on lunch and the other is busy with another client, so we should wait till the lady gets back from lunch. <br> So we did just that, waited for over an hour. Eventually this lady comes (not friendly at all) tells us to fill out a form. Once that was done she then asks us to go sit as the lady that needs to explain the maternity procedures is still busy, sat for over 30 minutes.Then called to my surprise this mama was exhausted, she should have just handed over all those papers for us to read, then make us sign the document that she made us sign to show that she explained everything. <br> My fiance? could not believe the service so did I, I am not happy at all especially because this is our first baby we wanted all the best for her, we are disgusted by the staff that netcare hires because some of those people don't care about service. We are very worried about the staff at maternity
