Insanitary Conditions at Netcare Pine Haven

My mother went to Netcare Pine Haven Hospital (Johannesburg) yesterday 19 May, 2020 for a D&C procedure. She was put into the labour theatre while she waited for her surgery. She was treated as a PUI CoVid Patient, despite being tested negative for the virus on May 18, 2020. Her room was cold and the furthest room away from all the other patients. Her room lacked basic hygiene - there was no hand wash or waste disposal bins. The toilet was also broken. My mother requested to move to another room, but this was denied. She asked for hand wash, but never received it. How can a hospital lack basic hygiene needs in a hospital room? My mother is a Netcare Registered Nurse and this was a shock to see - especially, during this current pandemic.
