Ineffective and inefficient services rendered to patients

Brought my brother with referal letter for Meningitis however the Unitas what drama being kicked from pillar to post that is emergency to reception without covid test they mentioned its Covid this hospital refuses to do lumber punch as they refuse to test for meningitis as we need to test this we have lost a family member previously with same .The patient has stiff neck, fever, back ache, vomiting, severe headaches a covid test was done prior to the referral to unitas which was also presented they are refusing to test for meningitis.
