incorrect submissions to the medical aid

I was involved in a car accident on the 3rd of December 2016 with my son. we were taken to Ferncrest Hospital to receive medical attention. When the accounts department submitted my son's claim they used incorrect codes then the medical aid did not honor the claim . as a result I was handed over to debt collectors and I am being harrased by them on a daily basis. could you please look into the matter and resumit the claim with correct codes.
