Incorrect Statement - Christiaan Barnard Memorial

I had a copayment for my 3 day hospital stay, however it was revised as I only stayed for 1 day. I've been paying the amount off monthly only to see that the copayment is from the old quote (3 day stay) instead of the revised one.

I've asked many times for the statement to be fixed but no one is listening.

This is so frustrating
