Incorrect information provided to medical aid

I am having a serious problem with the doctors at Netcare Pholoso Hospital in Polokwane. I am based full in Johannesburg but my home is in Polokwane. Two years ago i took my son to the emergency rooms at Netcare Pholoso and the claim was not paid by my medical aid due to the fact that the hospital gave them an incorrect code for the claim. The medical requested that the hospital must provide them with the correct code but the hospital failed insisting that the code given is correct. I even drove to Polokwane to the hospital to try and solve the issue, and they still told me that the code is correct. Now on the 15th of June 2019 in the early hours of the morning i found myself again in their emergency rooms bringing my son who was crying of an ear pain. Now they have sent me a R963.91 bill for my son for me to pay. I forwarded the bill to the medical aid and the medical aid again responded that the hospital gave them an incorrect code. Can somebody help me here because this time i am not giving then a cent and i will use mediclinic they will never see me at their hospital ever again.
