Incorrect billing and non attendance

I've been incorrectly billed at Netcare Waterfall hospital. My doc Dr Petse (oby/gyn) has informed the matron of this but I've received hounding emails and calls from netcare billing department. Thais has been ongoing for more than 4 months since this was brought to my attention. Netcare is not looking to clear their error but demand payment.
