*********** Netcare (and ER Consulting INC)

This afternoon I received an SMS from NUDebt. Apparently I owe Netcare Olivrdale clinic money. This is strange since I have never been admitted to Olivedale and I have never made use of any of their doctors or services. I followed up and found out that this was my ex-wife whom I divorce over 15 years ago. She had gone to Olivedale clinic with my old Discovery card, from when she was still a dependant and they had admitted her without checking whether she was a valid dependant or not. Needless to say, Discovery rejected her claim since she is no longer a dependant. Now I have a debt collector after me because the *********** admission clerk never check with Discovery. How pathetic is this to put someone in this position and then to set debt collector onto them. I used to consider Netcare a professional company. Now I know better. Hopeless, useless and ***********.describe Netcare perfectly.
