*********** hospital case management caused me the unpaid invoice of 14 grand

I was hospitalized for four days,I was supposed to do knee replacement then the Doctor was supposed to give the medical aid the requested medical information,but it was not done during that time I was in severe pain I couldn't walk .It ended up not been operated due to exhausted funds.So the medical aid refuse to pay for pain management.Medical request for motivation letter from the Doctor for the length of stay, it's been three months now Doctor can't forward me that motivation letter because now I'm battling to pay the R14000.00 account that was deliberately done by the *********** hospital case management.
