Im very disgusted by how this particular doctor at christian barnard hospital deals with account billing , ive been receiving DEBT text messages from them that is affecting me emotionally as it makes one feel bad .<br> <br> 1. Discovery agreed to pay the account if they send a clinical report<br> 2. I called to ask for one to be told by JUNAID that it has to be requested by discovery.<br> 3.Called discovery again was advised they would email the doctor, i was also included in this email.<br> 4.I receive more text messages for an unpaid account.<br> 5 I call discovery again they call Dr.G Visser accounts department who then agree to send the report.<br> 6.STILL NOTHING .<br> <br> I am not the only person who has had this horrible service from Dr Visser's office many other people have the same issue with accounts outstanding , now this has been going on since August 2014.<br> <br> this is causing me much distress and want this account written off as they not willing to submit claims to Discovery health or i will take further legal action and SUE for all this time and effort wasted!!!!!
