I want to formally lay a complaint against Patricia Blom (Paddy Blom) accounts manager or whatever at Netcare Krugersdorp

I called her to ask about my outstanding amount as I had taken note medical aid had not settled my full bill

She sent amount breakdown with contact numbers that do not belong to me

I immediately told her those numbers are not mine. I went as far as having to car those numbers to find out who the owner was

I asked her to change those numbers as they were sending my private information to that number

That was on the 10th of February today is the 22nd and my sensitive information is still being sent to an unknown number

I sent her an email and she did not respond, I asked her for her reporting lines details to lay a formal complaint

She ignored and didn’t even bother to correct my details
