I'll treatment from this hospital, wors service ever

Woes service ever at netcare Alberton I have never experienced thus before I am not sure if this us a private hospital or what, my wife with my 7 months old went the today because she had severe headache, running stomach,coughing and pain on the left elbow her BP was over 210 they arrived at emergency by 18H49 ,attended by the nurse n sent back to banches as from 19H15 now it 21H10 for someone with her BP not being attended together with a 7months old boy that is vomiting n running stomach ,people who came after her are being attended she's still on banches, why treating patients like objects why some people alway

get 1st preference she explain to nurser she's filling dizzy is she not an emergency with serve headache & dizzy almost 3hours on the banches yet you ,we ended up asking the ladies on the front reception desk only to find the were not given our files almost 7 people behind us were attended while seating on the batches without help, pity not first time experiencing ill services on thus hospital in December 16 at nursery ward nurses told my wife to wash on her own the baby' bottles my son was discharge without taking a bath because no one showed her where to bath a child we resolved the issue with the metron now I see that it just not one incident this hospital needs to train staff we can't pay so much for this
