-ill treating patients

The reputationist at Dr Mathivha office is very unprofessional, the current one to this date. She is rude and speak to people like they have to bow down to her. On two occasions she treat patients like piece of sht. A lady was told to walk down to reception area cause the floor is wet an she mustn't wait outside, with the attitude. Today she is refusing to assist me telling me my appointment is at 12. It will be my last time attending to this Dr, will get my child another Paetrician. We can be treated like bargers every time.
