Ignored after reporting that Ambulance Driver had sworn at me
<p>I reported that i was sworn at by an ambulance driver from Netcare driving vehicle DW74VC. I reported this on the 26th of October 2016...it is now the 31st and no one has bothered to let me know the outcome. i promised an apology but clearly workers at Netcare can swear at people and do not have to uphold the company's brand. VERY DISGRUNTLED!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Their customer service department also does not respond to any emails.</p>
