Yet another disappointing experience from what is meant to be a fancy private hospital. Yet another netcare providing ********** service.

My sister went in after a traumatic experience. Her condition was not deemed serious enough so she was not given priority in casualty, and even with an empty causalty reception, we waited almost an hour to be seen by a Dr. How is it that in a private hospital you are so sorely understaffed, that 1 patient needs to wait ages to be seen?

After that we wait in radiography for ages... Watching staff on their cellphones and not even bothering to say hi can I help you. We waited the entire day to be seen by a specialist(only 1 gynae on call. SERIOUSLY?). She's been admitted and it's still waiting to be seen. No one would have bothered to say anything or do anything had we not complaito hospital management. Sort yourself out, netcare waterfall.
