I went to Netcare Medicross Pinetown on Wednesday 2 April and my vehicle was damaged by Netcare's negligence

I went to Netcare Medicross Pinetown on Wednesday 2 April and my vehicle was damaged by Netcare's negligence. I called to complain and I got transfered to the MD's PA. The call went to a voicemail, but it was too full to take another message . I was then told by an agent to email my complaint. I did that, but the mail got returned as the complaints@netcare email was full, it could not accept my email. Now how does Netcare care?????
