I was so disappointed by the appalling experience at Sunward Park Netcare emergency unit

I was so disappointed by the appalling experience at Sunward Park Netcare emergency unit. My blood pressure was extremely high and I was facing having a stroke but they had a very bad triage system. It took almost an hour before I could be attending by a nurse let alone a doctor. There was only 1 doctor who was attending the entire unit. To them they value profits more than giving the best healthcare to their patients. This experience made me question the ideal of belonging to a medical aid if I’ll be dealing with the same inefficiencies of public hospitals. Despite it being the nearest hospital I’ll never go back there again.
