I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!

Netcare Christian Barnard is the worst hospital ever. i paid a pre admission fee of r700 and did not birth at the hospital and now request my refund back

Seems as if they dont want to give it!!!

i find it unacceptable that Netcare Christian Barnard Hospital require so many documentation and keep requesting a letter form the bank with regards to my refund they owe me,

i sent them a bank statement as well as a letter i have recieved from the bank with regards to claiming my maternity uif, with my personal information and credentials on thier? to do ghe refund! i even sent the refund form they asked me to fill out !!!

what more do they require inorder for me to be refunded.??? im ****ed and want my money . its been more than a month!!!!! They do not want to give me money back.

But with payment having been made for pre-admission their was no issue and documents needed but why now !!! why now with my refund all the documentation is needed and i have provided proof of payment? ??

This is unexceptable its been an entire month back and forth with Netcare just for my refund? Money that is mine owed to me?
