I might as well be at home with no expectations
I Was admitted to rosebank Netcare since Friday and been doing investigations since then but i am being treated. On Monday 12 Feb was the worst which deserves a complaint. FIRSTLY my situation has improved a little but i am still in pain so i was given something for pain which gave me an allergic reaction. I was unattended to for 3 hours reporting my matter but nurses claim they couldn't get hold of doctor. I had a visitor who was shocked at the level of service. My left arm was swollen so i reported it to be changed at 18h00 it was done at 21h00. My hand is blue and I'm very dark skinned. They put a drip up at 23h00 after 5 attempts of torture. Long story short i am still in pain that i had prolonged for 4 days because i didn't want to be neglected . I'd rather be in my home where there are no expectations of waiting for 2 days for the promised surgeon to examine the pain. I feel like there is no sense of emergency and when u admitted for 5 days with no solution but pain then its a problem!
