I hate olivedale

First its super hard to make an appointment that suites you because they take 30mins to answer the phone.when you do make an appointment its not a time you can make iean 7:30 i need to work and im given 7:30 appointment to make a bed booking for maternity the lady that does the bookings Snr Helen very Rude chased me away when i told her i drove from waterkloof pretoria to come make a booking my appointment is Monday and i cant take off work i just wanna make the booking or pay for the booking and be out of her hair and said she will not help me.the Service at Netcare olivedale is very very poor i mean they not doing anything but can grab a file and help me make a booking after i told her i drove far..its sickening and frankly this system doesn't work i think ill go give birth at Medi Clinic
