I had the most terrible experience at this hospita

I had the most terrible experience at this hospital. I came in at 6h30 AM on 9 January 2015 as requested as I was scheduled for an septum correction procedure which was going to take place in the morning. I was taken to the ward and left there without being told what was going to happen. The nurses were busy talking on the other room until they came rushing 30 min before my ops to prepare me for theater. I had to quickly change as the guys from the theater were there already to collect me. <br> My worse experience was after my ops as I had terrible pains and was feeling very cold and the windows were open. My emergency button next to my bed was not working as a result I could not call the nurses. I had no choice but to wait until one of the nurses come and attend me. Which was so frustrating as no one attended me for more than an hour until the patient that was sharing the ward with went to fetch them (nurses) as I was heavily bleeding.<br> The treatment got so much better after the afternoon shift came to duty. The nurse that was on night was so much of an assistance she checked on me on the regular basis. She managed my pain and even suggested to go and collect a glass of ice to ass
