I feel ****** and disgusted

I took my little girl for a quick consultation in October 2013 to the trauma unit ,to get a second opinion on her cough , after being there for 10 minutes the doctor gave us a cough syrip and said all is fine . Speaking with the ladied at the account window ,they assured me they will post me to bill to my home address. The bill came and was paid at a nedbank branch. A month ago i get a letter from Van Heerden and partners debt collector .Apon emailing back and forth to chris barnard i was told that my account was settled , debt collector confirmed that there was two bills one i paid the hospital an amount of R 414.20 (which was settled) and a month later no responce ,so called Theresa Lombardo Credit Control Manager who confirmed that i must now pay the doctor g visser another exact amount of R414.20 thus iwas confused thinking its the same amount.I feel when going to hospital they should inform you there will be two bills ,dont lead me to think its one bill as i went to the hospital ,got a bill ,paid the bill ,I would have never guessed 2 bills ,why dont the hospital pay the doctors themselves .So months later finally i didnt get a clear answer as to why there was two bills
