I did not receive the medication when required

Medication was not allocated to me as prescribe by the doctor. <br> <br> No bath facilities were provided to me, i was instructed by the doctor not to get out of the bed. They told me that i must wait for the physio to give me permission to walk than i can go and bath my self.
