I am still waiting for my refund from Netcare

Good day<br> <br> I am extremely disappointed at the treatment I am receiving from the Netcare in Alberton. On the 11th of December 2015 I made a cash payment of R2080.00 and I was promised that the refund amount I am eligible for would be deposited into my account. It is now the 19th of April 2016 and I have still not received my money back. I have made countless telephone calls and initially they all went unanswered until I finally got through and was asked to complete a Credit Refund form - which I did on the 22nd March 2016 but I still haven't received anything. This is a private hospital and I expected to be treated with a certain level of dignity as I really do not enjoy running after them to get this money back.<br> <br> Siyabonga
