hurt and disappointed by the heartless nurses

my dad has been admitted to netcare union hospital nearly 6 weeks ago. he is unable express himself much due to injuries. the nurses dont care! and they are not ashamed to show it! one nurse was very ******. another few, after been approached why have you not fed mydad, or please clean him, or even a simple question like hi how ishe doing ?, they will either ignore, give back a rude answer, or snub us off. we have been nothing but kind and patient while trying to not break down and cry in hurt that they put in our hearts, but today I cannot hold back! my heart is tooo sore. I never knew humans could be so heartless. and I thought nurses are trained to be kind to patients. regardlessof their bad nature! my dad has to beg for food! he is starving!!! and the nurses are getting caught out in their lies but I cannot go into detail here as there is not enough space to type! I am scared to bring my concerns up at the hospital right now becauseif the nurses dont care about their patients hygiene and starving while we plead with them, then how do I know that after I raised my concerns, if they will be worstto my dad?
