how could they turn down my child
On Monday the 2nd My child was taken to our GP who advise that my child needs to be admitted as he is dehydrated and he needs to be on a drip.
When I got to Garden City I gave them the letter and yet still they examined my child after he was just examined by his own doctor . When trying to open up a file they advise me that I don't have enough day - day benefits and they could not assist
Cleary I was not there to use my day to day benefits clearly on my doctors note it said that he needs to be admitted which will come from my in hospital cover I had to leave the hospital without my son being admitted as left my son went into a fit
I had to rush him back to the doter who assist us.
this is really unacceptable how can a hospital turn down a patient what if my son died then what where you also going to tell me that by day-day benefits are not enough .
