Hostility from one of the staff members in netcare krugerdorp private hospital

Netcare krugerdorp private hospital neonatal icu staff member Cindy(lady behind the desk in the white shirt) needs to get her act straight! She is not over the care of my son but she has the audacity to be hostile towards me and my husband after we had one damn question towards the sister that is over the care of my son, and we feel its none of her business to talk to us that way, we as parents already have to deal with the fact that our baby boy is in the nicu and yet you treat the parents in that way. How are we supposed to know how our boy did during the night if may not ask questions because the question we asked we get treated with hostility not even receiving the answer to the questions we asked and the nurse over our baby boy doesn't even get a chance to say something.
