Hospital without empathy

Good day I am very disappointed with the lack of work ethic from Sibongiseni at st Anne's hospital in Pietermaritzburg. I assisted my mother with the application of medical records for my late brother ( Thembelani Khumalo) I had to phone him almost every 3rd day to remind him of his job, when I get hold of him I must stay in the line with him until he finishes what he is doing in case he forgets. I have been waiting for an invoice for the medical records for more than 2 weeks. Yesterday I got hold of him and then he remembered that he should have sent me the invoice. I waited while he did his job and verified the email with him and than he said the email will be with me shortly as he has sent it. I am still waiting for the email and I am now unable to get hold of him. Regards Mr ZS Dladla
