Hospital visit during Covid lockdown

I was admitted to Netcare Sunninghill Hospital in September and I was apprehensive to be honest as we were still in lockdown due to Covid-19.

A compulsory Covid test was required before admission. My procedure required just one night stay in hospital. What did impress me was the professionalism and caring shown by all staff, from admission to the nursing staff in the ward. There was a small unexpected complication post surgery and the ward staff just took this in their stride.

My Covid concerns were unfounded as long as one follows personal safety procedures.

Hats off to Netcare Sunninghill Hospital.
