Hospital not conducive for healthcare

I have been going to Netcare Rand Clinic every month for the past 11 months for a routing medical procedure performed in theater. Every month I put up with lack of hygiene issues, staff attitudes regarding these issues and a complete lack of healthcare services. I have spoken to management on numerous occasions with no change imminent. I am writing this as a last resort. Once i was admitted and no one informed the doctor so he went home and i had to schedule another day for my procedure. The toilets have ****roaches, don't flush, and last month i was forced to utilise a toilet that had urine on the floor as the nurse wanted a urine sample. My mother, sister and I were attacked by a patient in the ward once while the nurses looked on and laughed. In all 11 months I have been asked by the kitchen staff what i would want to eat after theatre as i could not leave without eating. To this day i am yet to receive one meal from the hospital. Unfortunately i do not have an alternative hospital togo to as this is the only hospital that has the equipment. I pay the same fee at Rand Clinic as I pay at other Netcare's yet i have to put up with this lack of [URL Removed] THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!!<br> <br>
