Hortense family unhappy about dads hospitalisation

Good day to the Netcare management I have a few concerns that I need to address regarding Garden city doctors and nursing care. Firstly my dad was admitted on the 29/03/2016 to section 9 at Garden city hospital with a severe stroke my dads condition was not satisfactory due to the stroke. My dad was there already for a week and not one of the doctors who admitted him bothered to talk to the family to tell us what my dads condition is and the way forward. I raised our concern to the night super who was on the night of the 01/04/2016, she promised me that she will take the matter up and the client services manager will give us a call on the 04/04/2016. I'm still waiting for that call till today. The nursing care was pathetic my dad was so confuse and not aware of his surroundings and then they told us that my dad ate well and he is stable. My dad was so confuse we found him Friday 01/04/2016 in a room where ladies was admitted sleeping on one of their beds not one of them bothered to go look for him my brothers found him there fast asleep. The nurses have such bad attitude and is unapproachable they don't have a way of talking to visitors or family members. I have so much still to sa
