Horror ordeal with white staff at Unitas Hospital

On 29 July I was in emergency department at Unitas Hospital I have a fractured left foot the x rays was done and I was in a lot of pain, I was told to visit the hospital again the following Monday and had advised Dr Vlok that I have an extended sick leave application already in place by my employer and will be bringing the documents to be completed I was not requesting leave all I wanted is for the forms to be completed so that I can put in my application for esl, to my horror I was turned away the following Monday from the hospital and advised that I must use a taxi to get to work and very little attention was given to the fact that I have two broken bones in my left foot. There was a lady in charge Anke Joubert who seems to be very immature to be working in a hospital with patients she started calling the security after I mentioned that I have paid a fee to complete the forms she seemed ****** in her gestures telling me to leave the hospital and that they will not complete the paper work even after I paid a fee of R400 Rands she stated that she is not afraid of Health Professional council of South Africa and that nothing will come from my complaint and that the hospital does not work with the government of South Africa she threatened to call the police without even hearing my story and accused me of upsetting other patients in the emergency this is extremely unprofessional conduct of a person employed at a hospital I was in crutches and a moon boot at the time she was calling security and threatening to call police I am going to take this matter further ****** whites continue to undermine the south African constitution about dignity and human rights the hospital is quick to take your money and there is no respect or dignity towards patients rights the lady Anke Joubert did not even ask me what is my reason for returning to the hospital despite the fact that I was there to collect x rays and asked me very rudely "what don't you understand about 5 to 7 working days this mentality and behavior is unacceptable in our democracy I will continue to seek justice
