Horrified...

<p>I had an operation at the Rosebank hospital on Monday and I can't begin to describe how horrified I am with the service from the nurses and overall hygiene... it was disgusting. Bed sheets with other patients blood, sheets that were given to me with ice packs for my face (?) with blood on it. The nurses were completely useless and no regard for patients - they got my name and another patients name mixed up, resulting in different medications for each... how is this even possible?!! I could actually vomit just thinking about it. And this branch is supposed to be one of the good ones? I will NEVER step a foot (my clean foot) into the hospital ever again. </p>
