Horrific Private Hospitals
My husband was in ICU in December 2015/2016. Treatment was very bad, he got septic in the ICU, he/we suffered a lot including Sepsis/Financial Loss. Did complain at Head Office, but they said the problem was with the Doctor and not with them. I desperately need to know where I can lay a complaint against this Hospital/Group. There seems to be an Ombudsman for each and every Trade, etc except Hospitals. Why are they so "Above the Law" and untouchable.
