Horrible treatmet at Pretoria East Netcare Hospital

My mother was sent to Pretoria East Netcare Hospital for a back operation. A few days after the operation she was un-able to walk. She was left to lie in her own urine for 2 hours! She was eventually able to walk and move arround. She is a smoker and asked to be taken outside to smoke occasionally. That was a huge problem for the staff and for the fong-kong security employed by the hospital. The security gaurd even harrased her and laughed in her face when she asked to be let outside to smoke! The drip in her neck came loose and the blood sprayed all over and she had to use her gown to stop the bleeding! The wound from the surgery started leaking puss one evening and when she told the nursing staff, they said the doctor will look at it in the morning. She said she wanted to leave because of the horrible treatment she received at Pretoria East Netcare Hospital and one of the nurses told her that it would be better if she left because poeple who are not really sick do not belong in hospital!. The covid 19 pandemic prevented me from going there and sorting them out my way! It is the WORST HOSPITAL! My vet treats my dogs better. I was only able to visit in the evenings between 6 an 7 because of the covid pandemic and could not do anything to sort out the horrible nursing staff and pathetic security officail!!! I am more than disappointed, I am furious!! The medical aid pays hundreds of thousands of rands for my mother to be treated at that **** hospital! The staff should all apply for jobs at the suwage farm at the city council because they treat people like ****!
