HORRIBLE SERVICE NETCARE WATERFALL

We took my sister to Netcare Waterfall in Midrand this evening 01 July 2020 at around 18h15.

First we were made to wait outside in the cold for her to be cleared at one of the white containers. I kept asking how can a sick patient be made to wait in the cold. I had to go get a fleece blanket for her in the car.

It is now 24h00 and she is still in the emergency room waiting to be admitted. She is super hungry and super thirsty. She phoned me and says she's already 3 different nurses to give her water and clearly none of care. We had to go and insist that they give a bottle of our own mineral water. They clearly take advantage of the Covid 19 rules while we are helpless and not allowed to accompany the patients.

This place needs new management.
