Horrible service

On the 26th February I was admitted at Krugersdorp hospital at 22:10, I arrived with the ambulance but my admission date and time says 27th February 01:39. On my arrival at casualty it was a bit hectic and staff members was not helpful as needed by patients I was in terrible pains Rebecca the paramedic lady was standing by me to hand over for so long as they couldn't do anything to help me with the pain from home to hospital. No one was coming to assist her to relieve her takeover my medical issues. A student lady came as I was crying tears of pains she couldn't even check my BP Rebecca(Paramedic) had to help her then she left the casualty but the student nurse also left me like that. The was a lady with her daughter in front of me she felt so pity for me as they left me like that in pains, she kept on coming to me and told me I must hold on. The other male nurse came prepared the drip pack I had hope that am getting help finally as I'm looking at him, he left me like that also. Oh my God here comes an Angel from above Khanyi when she came I was still crying tears in pains she saw drip pack there but no one. She took over put a drip in me, made sure the Dr comes urgently checking on me the whole time checking how am I. She even called the paramedics with my query going extra mile, I really appreciate people like you who enjoy what they doing and working with passion of caring and love.

Now I'm admitted the horrible admission I've ever seen. The way I've experienced this bad service I don't even know where to start. Gugu welcomed me very well only that night at Constancia ward. In the morning here I rang a bell for assistance then come a pregnant lady to help me, she came with a face of "what do you want?" no name badge nothing, it was Thursday morning. Then I was going to xray they took me there, then left me at a corner where I do not see anyone worse part of it under the camera at the xray passage waiting to be taken inside the xray rooms. When you done they leave you outside the xray door wait again for porter to fetch you, if no porter by that time you'll wait forever as I was facing the toilet I did not know what to do until a porter comes with a patient then took me back to the ward. On Friday it looked like a casual day for staff members T-shirts and jeans no one with name badge they had a baby shower the noise level was bad no nurse around one sister who came an closed the door said we having a baby shower. the other sister was using her cellphone as she pleases listening to what's up voice notes, when she receive a call while busy with a patient she leaves a patient and answer her cell phone I was so upset the way they went on like kids on a service day. Visitors were using our toilet no one said anything the other day they removed my niece from my bed but other visitors they couldn't. Same Friday my drip machine was making alarm of AIR IN DRIP for more than 8min no one was came. On Thursday I was bathing I needed help I pressed a bell no one came until I tried my best to help myself after I'm finished here comes a nurse and I told her if I was dying it would be too late for you.
