Horrible service

Firstly, if I could give 0 stars I honestly would.

My friends and I had a horrible experience while trying to get medical assistance from the hospital. The 3 of us were coming from a dinner date only to discover that one of us had their drink spiked at the restaurant. My friend (who was drugged) is already on very heavy chronic medication therefore this drug had a detrimental effect on her vitals. We rushed to the hospital with her as she was having massive panic and anxiety attacks from her ordeal.

We were not taken seriously from the moment we stepped through that door. For a private hospital, the treatment was porposterous and the nurses were hardly friendly. We had to get help from other hospital visitors in the parking lot because no one in the emergency section wanted to assist. The nurses automatically declared my friend drunk and accounted her symptoms as that of a drug user and accused her of abusing nicotics. We had to leave the hospital because of this even before any test were done and any treatment administered as we decided that our friend would be safer at home.

Service organizations like these are the kind that force people to choose to gamble with their lives than to seek medical attention. The staff is most probably the type that would blame a **** victim for their own assault based on their outfit choice. We are extremely disappointed and hope no one else has to experienced what we did. Our friend is safe and sound as we managed to take care of her at home, no thanks to Linksfield Netcare.
