Horrible horrible service and admin turned us away

On the 4th of May 2022 my family and I experienced the most ********** service from parklane by the night shift receptionist . Mind you we we always take our kids to the gyaene there , my 4months old baby was so sick and the receptionist turned us away telling us about co payment and having to go to a different hospital and my child was barely breathing properly , he never helped us and turned us away and sent us to another hospital , he didn’t even call to refer us to another doctor at their other hospital in alberton , we had to go through casualty again and only got to sit on a bed at 4am after going to netcare at 5pm , I really felt like I was in a public hospital. What’s the point of having medical aid when we get such horrible service ! Never going there ever again
