Horrible experience from the NETCARE Garden City Hospital Admission staff

I had a GP referral to a Physician on the 11th June 2024 at the Netcare Garden City Hospital and then I was referred for admission, as ill as I was,I waited for over an hour to be assisted by the *********** staff at the Admission desk, there was a back and forth between my Medical Aid, Admission Staff and my Physician which went for over 4 hours until I went home in the cold without being admitted, then again on the 12th June 2024 I went back and again I had to wait for over 2 hours without assistance, no compassion and no remorse from the Admission staff, as sick I was, they couldn't assist, no one could explain exactly what was going on as I sat in the cold. The worst experience in my life, again I was sent home sick, First time experiencing such horrible Service from NETCARE Garden City Hospital, 0 Customer Service for the ill.
