Horrible experience

Worst service by netcare x ray department in garden city hospital My child fell from a tree i brought him in the hospital at 4 pm the doctors seen to him immediately and requested xrays There's when all the drama starts There were 3 people present at the x ray department 2 ladies and 1 man They refused to do the Xrays my child was lying in pain and the one lady is shifting him.up and down They demanded 4000 rands from me And I didn't have that kind of money with me at the moment the lady was sooo unprofessional and rude when I asked them to send my child to another hospital they refused i have videos of how they were screaming at me just cause I refused to wake up from the chair and demanded to talk to their manager I was told that there's no managers come Monday this is heartbreaking if it was their kids things would be done fast the way I was treated by these 3 people at the xrays in garden city is not fair we are on medical aid and I told them call the medical aid to sort it with them they still refused my child's hand broke and these people were screaming and shouting at me this will be taken further
